About Me
I’m just your friendly neighborhood audio guy. I love sound and I love people. I would love to work with you but I’d really love to be buds. I graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Audio Engineering and have been in the Nashville Music scene for the past 7 years. When I’m not mixing you can usually find me either painting, at your nearest pub, or watching TV with my wife, Ellen.
Some of my favorite artists are The 1975, Green Day, Ed Sheeran, and the Cranberries.
Painting has been one of those COVID hobbies that stuck. I was looking for a creative outlet that I wouldn’t have to stress about, and recognizing my love for color, I decided to pick up painting. I’ve been fairly obsessed ever since. I mostly do abstract paintings (like this background) but I’m trying new things ever week.
Another thing you’ll learn about me pretty fast is my hobbit like love for talking over a pint. I really like to talk about whatever you’re excited about. Whether it’s music, movies, art, family, or comedy, I want to hear all about it.
The last thing (or really the first) I’ll mention is I’m married to the amazing Ellen Barker. She’s the smartest and kindest human being I know. If you get a book or TV recommendation from me, you probably have her to thank.
